A close friend of mine 7 year old beautiful & clever daughter has been losing all of her hair to the extent where she now looks like a chemo therapy patient.

It's painful to see and I want to help.

Anyone have advice or experience what can be done ? Any organisations that could help possibly with special kid wigs ?

She is generally 100 % healthy and this is unexplained..

Would love some feedback

If there are no medical issues, could it be her shampoo? Or anxiety?

Your friend can try https://www.wigsforkids.org/

This has been reported in children post-covid. Or it could be standard alopecia, which is rare, but it happens as well.

There is an organization for this. Contact spiritfitlife on instagram. Her daughter has it and she is part of an organization to support the kids.

Has the girl been to a physician? That would be a first step, before looking for a wig

This, plus also could be a sign of hormonal dysregulation especially adrenals and thyroid. Also possibly autoimmune.
