I purchased an item on the marketplace, and paid $3 for postage. The tracking showed undeliverable so I contacted the seller, who said she would let me know of the package comes back to her, so she can resend it or refund me. The next day, I got a postcard in the mail from USPS that additional $3.89 postage is required. I paid $20 for the item.
Wwyd?
$27 is a lot for me to pay. I splurged for the $23 because it's something I really wanted.
How should I approach the seller now?
She seemed very reasonable, I just don't have a lot of experience with Facebook marketplace.
