why is there no such product as full fat baking cheese?
or I just cant find it?
the most I can find is medium fat ?

yes farmers cheese.
I use it for a certain type of no bake cheese cake but why don't they make full fat-e.g mehadrin?

I'm not sure what you mean. Farmers cheese is very high in fat.

if you look at the ing you will see low fat milk.
check the fats in the facts chart - much lower than full fat cheese...

If you want full fat, try Ricotta cheese.
