I don't know what time they start but if you move to the neighborhood you will be welcomed and have all info. There is one on bunker hill, powder horn, grande woodlands, cox cro, and many more across whitesville. There are also some Friday night night house minyanim

And if someone rents a house, theyre banned, and NOT welcome?
Which are closest Litvish leaning Minyanim to that intersection? (I hope my family isnt banned because we dont live there).

Short term renter? Long term renters are completely included and welcomed with open arms. Visitors are also greeted warmly. No one is banned or excluded. All start a few minutes after candle lighting.
