Kangen water has increased pH levels to make the water more alkaline instead of acidic. There are definitely claims that it is more effective at hydration, especially after a workout.

However, there isn't enough scientific evidence to support the use of alkaline water as a treatment for any health condition. Medical experts warn against believing all the marketing claims. Drinking natural alkaline water is generally considered safe since it contains natural minerals.

You can improve the cervical mucus quality by increasing your daily water intake. In general, you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. Other ways to hydrate include milk, smoothies, berries, melons, oranges, grapes, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, and moderate amounts of coffee/tea.

Also try adding more fruit and vegetables into your diet, and focusing on getting in more dark, leafy greens, whole foods, garlic, green tea, and perhaps guaifenesin (no antihistamines or D).
