Amazon! Search washcloths if you just want generic rags. They also have loads of specialized cleaning cloths for glass, wood, silver etc

I use old undershirts or nightgowns. Cut them to whatever size you like!

I like target small towels. Not the cheapest ever but still pretty cheap and I use them for years.
