Bake a chocolate cake and frost it, or just sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.

Homemade pareve ice cream- Whip Rich Whip (I usually do 2 containers), then add an Osem pudding packet.
Chocolate pudding packet for chocolate flavor, you can add in grated baking chocolate, chocolate chips, crumbled pareve "Oreo" cookies, or chocolate syrup.
Vanilla pudding packet for vanilla flavor, with colorful sprinkles on top
Or we do a vanilla pudding packet + tehina paste for a Halva ice cream. Add shaved halva on top with pomegranate seeds to elevate.
Freeze for at least 3 hours
Easy to make, always delicious

The only thing I can think of with raw eggs is mousse, and oats are used in some toppings for baked goods, but you've got everything else: cake, pie, cookies, fresh fruit, gelled desserts, meringues...

Things are incredibly easy to avoid. In fact, I consider them to be specialty ingredients that are rarely used.
Options:
Cake
Cookies
Brownies
Bars
Fruit
Pie
Sorbet

People eat sorbet in winter?
Keep it simple, bake a cake, pie, cookies, bars, brownies, blondies, anything. I personally wouldn’t eat an ice cream pie or sorbet in winter.

Sorbet:
4 cups pureed fruit (if you're in the northern hemisphere, pineapple would be best this time of year)
1 cup sugar
Juice of one lemon
Use ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions
Or, buy it from the store

Parve ice cream (we use trader joe vanilla), let it melt just a bit and mix in topping of your choice (crumbled cookies, choc chips, peanut butter etc). Pour into pie crust and tada!! Dessert!

Also, remember to avoid mayonnaise- it’s made from raw eggs. I have a child with an egg allergy.

The eggs in commercial mayo are pastuerized (heated to kill bacteria) so I use it even though I avoid raw eggs. This might be fine for your guests.
One dc used to be allergic to eggs and had to avoid them completey. I would mash tuna with oil or avocado and spices. On Pesach I use sauted onions in oil to make egg salad without mayo.

Yes, best not to use mayo in anything if they are sensitive to raw eggs (from experience).
I always put oil and salt in my egg salad. Also some paprika sprinkled on top. No mayo.
Comes out great.
