Do you have special way that is easy to find the specific spice? I don’t like to put it on the counter. Do you keep it in the original containers?

Original containers in my cabinet on a bleacher style wood setup. As in 3 pcs wood in back so can see top, 2 pcs or 1 pc for the next level and no pc under first level this way u can see all spices wen u open ur cabinet to get them. U can also use lazy Susan tht u twist around and can find all of the spices u need. Sry if not so clear....

Yup, same. I stole some of my kids' wooden blocks to make a bleacher setup in the cabinet next to the stove.
My mother has a lazy susan (the turntable thing).
Officially they are organized by how frequently they are used, but more frequently they are just shoved in.

When I noticed that my favorite spice vendor was switching to plastic jars, I started hoarding the glass ones. Now the brands I buy are all in plastic, so when I open a jar I transfer he contents to a glass one. Spices last longer in glass. The essential oils that are responsible for the taste and fragrance can pass right through plastic over time.
Because the labels were all from different brands, and getting grungy and worn-looking, I took fresh paper from the otherwise useless little memo pads that every charity in the country sends me with their schnorrer letters, folded it to fit the jars, wrote the name of each seasoning on it, and taped it around the jars. Because these labels go all the way around the jar, the contents are protected from the light. On the flip side it means I have to open the jar to see how much is in there.
My homemade labels also get grungy over time. If I happen to notice that a label is looking disreputable, I replace it. Unless and until those charities stop sending me those useless memo pads, I have an endless supply.
Seasonings are in a cabinet, away from the stove, lined up in alphabetical order.

An organizer gave me the idea to put spices in a draw laying down… sounds weird but literally the best idea ever!

In an open (no door) shallow wall cabinet so I can see everything at a glance. Almost all are in their original containers.
