You basically can let him play with a wet towel and let him mop the floor  u can give him blocks, duplo things

Trucks and cars. U can buy matchbox cars for trucks I have a few paw patrols trucks that come with the figurines.
The best at that age is in-and-out play.
There’s a piggy bank that comes with large plastic coins my kids loved at that age
