Who Know 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 - Chanukah Game

I mentioned this game on another thread and I told another poster that I would post details/answers so here it is. (I couldn't find the other thread.)
We play this game every night of Chanukah (for many years). 1st night is Who knows one? 2nd night is Who knows 2? etc, etc. Starting from youngest to oldest (including parents) person has to say something in Torah/Jewish Life/Chagim/Tefila/Pirkei Avos... that has to do with that number. We usually play 2-4 rounds (younger kids might need hints) and then do "open floor" where anyone can say anything. Nights 1-4 are much easier and 5-8 gets more challenging with 7 being a little easier. I'm posting answers for nights 5-8. Please add more!
