I'm bumping this up as I am in the middle of reading it.
It is quite fascinating and different from the other approaches to binge eating.
I'm interested to know if anyone has had success using this approach?

Bumping this up. Anyone tried this and was successful? I’m listening to her podcasts but still binging. Wondering if I’m wasting my time.

It has helped me a little. A lot of what she says makes sense. But I’m stilll binging too much to say it’s really making a difference. Would love to hear from others …

My binging issue is that it feels totally compulsive, literally like an addict. The binge feels like a huge relief.
When I'm in that space there is no logic or thoughts that will stop me. I'm past thinking .
I'm wondering what she advises that's not "tell yourself.....".
I do eat very normal filling food. My binging has nothing to do with restrictive dieting.

For me, this almost completely resolved even my blood sugar stabilized. The odd time that I feel compelled to eat, I stick with things that won’t hurt me.

The relief was nearly instantaneous like 2 ish days.

Is it good for binge eating w/o bulimic behaviour?
I binge eat and have a lot of craving but the compensation behaviours stayed in my teenage years.

What do you mean by blood sugar stabilized? Like insulin resistance? Or diabetes?

I'm not diabetic or pre diabetic and I resolved my insulin resistance through a healthy diet/major weight loss but since covid lock downs I got less active and craving a lot more food in general

Yup that's me too. I've never been bulimic at all actually
