went thru many and didnt find teh right one yet.
experiment. see if he likes more height, less hight, talk to a mattress store expert when you both go, try to figure out what would be a good pillow for him.

I don't know if it will ship to Israel but I love this pillow. With my last pregnancy in got really finicky with my pillow and I order about 7-8 different pillows before I found this one. It is firm and it holds up really well. I've had mine at least 2 years now and it still feels brand new.
