I know it's only December, but my son requested a fridge for camp- he said some boys bring small fridges that can also heat things up?
Does anyone know what he is referring to?

I believe I've seen such a thing that you plug into your car's cigarette lighter. at any given time you choose whether you want it in heater mode or chiller mode. check with the camp--for reasons of safety among others, many don't allow campers to bring appliances. Also, think about whether you really want your son to have such a thing. They call it "camp" and not "hotel" for a reason.

But I wouldn't buy it unless your ds ch"v has to take meds that have to be kept cool, in which case they should be kept in the infirmary. Kids should learn how to rough it a bit and summer camp is the place to do it.
