there are so many dietsout there and alot discussed here on imamother.
paleo, keto, plant based, nsng etc etc
my question is - which is the correct way of eating?
not for somebody that needs a specific diet because other things aren't working.
the way hashem designed the human body...generally speaking...
how many times a day to eat? what should be in your daily die? equally balanced or high on this and low on that.? breakfast during morning hours (according to rambam) etc etc

our bodies are not the same as in the time of the rambam. the best way to eat is the way that works for you.

I just started trying out Ayurveda. A lot of wisdom in it. Biggest meal during the day. Eating slowly and calmly. Eating for the seasons and type. For example now in the fall lots of cooked foods, less raw.
