Hi! My baby is about 5 1/2 months and is still not on a great schedule during the day. She sleeps on and off. At what age can babys go on a 2 nap schedule and then go in at an earlier for the night?

Do you have access to Google? I always Google sleep schedules for my babies - so I would search "5 month old sleep schedule". There are lots of schedules out there and they are all pretty similar. (look at the image results it's the most helpful).
