It really bothers me
To me they seem very bowed
I like to wear pencilly type skirts, straight
Besides maxi
Is there a way to hide or detract the eyes

My thighs and ankles touch when my feet are together but the rest of the leg bows out, both legs
I think it came from yrs of being overweight and my joints couldn’t hold the weight
It doesn’t happen to ALL overweight ppl just those with joint problems
I also walk with a limp due to joint problems
When I do the knee replacement they will surgically straighten the legs

Fyi, specific exercises can fix that, in case you didn't know, if you want to look into that.

Please let me know and how quickly they work
I still need double knee replacement so they’ll still straighten the legs to protect the new knees
But I’m not doing that yet
Dr. said I should push it off as much as I can

https://myknockkneefix.com/exe.....legs/

Half way down the page it explains.

Yoga and pilates specifically have been very helpful to target this alignment.

It took me a year of focus to completely correct it with a trainer. I was not in shape to do those advanced exercises on that page myself.

Would you try midi skirts? It's in style now so stores are full of them

That’s what I use
AKA- Tzniyut length
I use straight pencil midi skirts
Please link something that would look nicer on a bow legged person
Detract the fact that I’m bow legged

Try an aline or circle silhouette.

Be thankful she did that
I was fine as a child
This came due to weight and joint issues
The look is really bothering me
I look like a cripple 😢

I'm sure you know that bow legged actually comes from the hips not the knees, even tho it's most visible at the knees.
Signed,

Me too! Apparently I wore the shoes with the bar. Nowadays the kids wear braces to correct. My son wore leg braces (went from top of the leg all the way down to the sole) for several months as a toddler to correct this.
