Why aren’t you legally married? And likely if you aren’t legally married your dh won’t get on your case

Wait where do you live?

If in nyc, you can Google "access HRA"

To the best of my knowledge:
- you list everyone in your household. Regardless of legal marriage status. Your husband should be able to be part of your case as long as you're living together.
- proof of address can be utility bill or rental agreement. Possibly even a note from your pediatrician/dr. I got a note from my kids ped that (all family members) are living together at (our address). Also counts as proof of household composition.

Fyi, food stamps are called SNAP

I mean if your un legal husband makes an income that puts you over then they will take that in account your eligibility

You live where you live. Not sure what you mean by legal address. Do you have a lease? Utility bills? Rent receipts? Any of those are a proof of address. Queens would be nyc. You wouldn't want to use your parents address anyways because you probably don't want to count their income.

You count the income of everyone in the household.

What do you do for work? Is your husband able to sign up for the slot?

You can also call to schedule a slot in in Long Island… you call anytime and they give you the slot.

Do you receive your paycheck to queens or li?
Do you receive any mail to queens? Then you can use that address.

Is there a Cojo near you? Or I think Met Council can also assist. https://www.metcouncil.org/mcbp
Boro Park has BPJCC.

Or call UJO in Williamsburg. See if they would help you without coming down.

Perhaps you can get WIC as well. If your nursing (child under 1)you may get food for yourself as well. Children get until age 5 I believe.

Do you pay for anything that you are billed to the apartment
