No they don’t. But you can leave them in a warning draw after you fry them or put on your hot plate on top of an upside down tin to keep them warm.

so reheating on a baking sheet in the oven is a bad idea?

I plan to reheat mine in the toaster oven. I don’t see why they won’t be good. They are presently in an aluminum pan in my fridge.

Mine are terrible when they’re reheated. The taste is fine, but the texture is very off.
I’m here for the tips, but we usually don’t have any left over anyway.

I think they do! We always make ahead, freeze, and reheat. I do it at 400 on a cookie sheet until they're sizzling. If you have an air fryer it's even better.
