It could reflux. Is there a history of reflux when she was a baby?

Age?

Could be lactose intolerance or the like, could be anxiety. I've dealt with both.

Low stomach acid or deficient in digestive enzymes (pancreatic insufficiency)

Could also be constipation, needing to move her bowels at that time of the day

I get stomach aches and nauseous if I eat to soon after waking up. I wait a while before I eat.

I used to be like this too. No matter what I ate , I would get nauseous and a stomachache if I ate before 10:30-11.

Maybe she needs to eat some healthy grain and protein before going to bed?
Also make sure no sugar in her breakfast

This is my dd. The problem is that she is also on stimulants for adhd, so she ends up eating pretty much nothing until supper, and she's a mess because she's so hungry/hangry. Even without the meds, she doesn't eat well in school- she needs a solid meal at around 10:30 and isn't able to have one, and lunch is lunch plus recess.

What do kids do when they're like this?

Wo what do I try first? Lactose grains enzymes or constipation? Don't think it's anxiety or reflux. She loves school.

This is me. Idk why but I cant eat when I first wake up. if I did, and yes didnt matter what, I didnt feel good. Only solution was to eat later in the day. I eat well throughout the day and feel fine. Not everyone does well w 3 big meals a day. I'd pack a protien snack for before lunch and let her eat then. Just make sure teachers wont give her a problem.

I did have reflux till about a year old. But nothing else.bh
