Any tips on how to help out my 2 year old to talk slower and not as loud?

Maybe check if he/she hears well.

When you hear him/her talking loud or fast- get down to eye level with them, gently touch their arm to get their attention and say “That voice is a little too loud for inside/ a little too fast for me to understand what you’re saying- can you match my voice?” And have him/her try to speak at the same pace/level as you. Don’t stress them out about it. Just consistently ask them to match your voice and eventually it’ll stick.

When ds was stuttering, his speech therapist advised us to adjust the way we speak to him and to speak at a slower pace. (his issue was that he was growing up in an adult house with a bunch of yapping girl teenagers and was just trying to keep up...but he couldn't talk as fast paced so taht caused his stutter).
So maybe, you can speak to dc slowly and calmly, and model what you want her to do...
