My body is absolutely aching!!
I did your stretches but noticed they were quite brief
any chance we could have a proper stretch at the end after such a workout.
I also noticed you've mentioned your body also hurts after... Is this normal??

That's amazing! I love feeling sore the day after I workout.

I typically feel sore the most in my abs the next day after a good ab workout. I'll try to make my stretches longer but Ttere are also great just stretching videos on youtube you could do after my workouts if you'd like a longer stretch.
