Looking for a cleaning lady for 3-4 hrs a week in Flatbush, anyone have any numbers of an agencies that might have one (not more than 15$/hr)

When I last used an agency, the minimum was 5 hours. My neighbor tried to get cleaning lady about 2 months ago and was told there are no workers. It's incredibly difficult to get cleaning help right now.

You are not going to be able to get a cleaning lady through an agency for $15 per hour because the agency charges a significant markup on the services and I believe $15 is minimum wage plus they are paying her FICA since she is their employee.
In my experience the charge is closer to $25 and can be higher depending on the service.
Your best bet would be to ask everyone you know whether they know a cleaner who is looking for work. And you might have to offer more than $15 per hour depending on supply and demand in your area.
