Hi all! I wanted to order a gift for a seminary girl whose sister just got engaged. Balloons or cookies or something similar. Nothing fancy or super expensive. Can anyone suggest a place, pref English speaking? She is in central Jerusalem.
I would like to do this today or tomorrow if possible. Thanks!

Also someone told me of a place called brunch spot that does breakfast, and something called Yam Suf balloons on Bar Ilan? But I can't find contact info.
