MONDAY
Breakfast: SF cocoa, banana, nut and berry mix
Snack: coffee
Snack: sf slurpee
Lunch: rice cakes, matbucha
Snack: 1 medjool date, 1 rx protein bar
Supper: chicken soup, 1 c cholent
Snack: nut and berry mix

Treat of the day: white pasta

Can't wait to get back on track tomorrow, now that chanuka is over.

I was away for the week and had very limited food options, and no access to a scale.

I mostly had eggs and lox and cheese and green beans. Coffee black or with a little whole milk. However, some days I had some takeout (schnitzel, pizza) because I was just sick of my limited food options.
Not the end of the world. I weighed myself this morning and was exactly the same as last week. Hopefully I'll be back on track this week.

I buy my olive oils mostly from Trader Joe's and costco. I try to read the bottles and look for descriptions of the taste, like some have a peppery finish.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
2 slices ezikiel bread, 2 hard boiled eggs, salad
Snack:
Diet cheese snack
Lunch:
Fiber one cereal with blueberries and milk
Snack:
Coffee with 2 cubes chocolate
Supper:
Roasted squash soup, grilled chicken, baked french fries, salad
Treat:
1 cube dark chocolate

I weight myself every morning, first thing in the morning, I lost 1.6 lbs from yesterday.

Lunch: tuna salad and Melba toast
Snack: diet cookie 1 cup milk
Banana
Dinner: vegetable soup
grilled chicken 1/2 cup brown rice sugar snap peas

Lunch: ww sd bread, tuna, slice cheese, salad
Snack: 2 kind bars, yogurt with blueberries
Supper: Salmon, broccoli

I did not have time to post Friday, but was down 1.3 pounds

Shabbos foods:
A kazayis of challah, half a glass of dry red wine, garlic and herb dip, roasted chicken and veggies, 1 piece dark chocolate.

1 coffee with half and half
Kazayis of challah, garlic and herb dip, beef kebabs and veggies.

Veggie omelet for dinner.

I signed up for a Noom 2 week trial. I'm really liking it. I think I'm going to just post there, but wishing you all success!!
Off white, I think you're doing amazing! Keep up the awesomeness!
Op I hope intermittent fasting is working for you, or you find something that does. Don't let the inspiration peter out! If it's not working, change it up, but don't give up!

Friday:
1/2 Whole wheat bagel 2 eggs and cheese
Tuna mayonnaise Melba toast
1 rugalach 1 cup milk
1 slice Challah chicken soup 1 slice kugel meat

Shabbos day
String cheese and apple
1 slice Challah 2 T chummus 1 bowl Cholent
2 whole wheat bread, 2 eggs
2 squares chocolate

I’m trying to stick to 1600 calories a day.

Thanks for sharing! I have no problem going over calories (within reason) especially now that I'm pregnant bh. My problem is eating too much of the same food groups (too many carbs, not enough fruits veggies and protein) and I like the way Noom separates your food into categories.

Anyway, I'm a big believer that you have to do what works for you. This thread actually got me started with tracking my food, but when it petered out, I needed something more supportive. But sometimes all you need is an audience to keep you accountable, so go for it! Wishing you hatzlacha and success!

So here's what I've decided to do.
I've been on and off diets in the last year and a half since my baby.
I weigh 188 lbs. Even after all these diet attempts.
I think the strict dieting and then crashing and pigging out is making it impossible for me to lose weight. So this is what I'm trying. I'm trying to eat healthy normal and not make huge rules for myself. And weigh every week. I will fine tune my eating as I watch the scale.
So far I lost 2 lbs this way. .
I'm jealous of pp who can do keto and strict diets.

When you exercise they will add calories to your budget, for example if you went on the treadmill and burned 500 calories they will add 250 calories to your budget.

That's so smart! I find that after I exercise I'm more hungry than usual.
Did you do Noom? If yes, can you share your experience?
