Looking for a large house In monsey where we can house 15-20 families for a barmitzvah.
I heard of jay street and Carlton. All reviews here are two years old or more.
Anyone been to either one of these recently?
Are there any others?

I was at the one on Carlton this summer. I can't remember how many rooms they have but I don't think it can house 20 families. They recently got new couches and mattresses which was a nice upgrade since the last time I was there. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a large house where the kids can run around and have a good time then this is the place for you.
