Op here. Finally going tonight! How many mains will we need? One or two? 🙈
I basically have never gone out with dh to a real restaurant!! He says he doesn’t like eating out. I’m fine with it, we bring stuff home (not usually fancy takeout) and make nice suppers for occasions... but now his boss bought this gift card so out we go. I’m excited!
Do I need to dress up or I can go in whatever casual clothing I’m wearing? I assume it’s fine.

First of all, enjoy!
We prefer to get a few appetizers to start, as those are more interesting and not something I would cook and patchke with at home.
And then share a main.
Leave room for dessert!
You don’t need to dress up, but if you feel you’d enjoy your night more if you’re dressed for the occasion, than go all out!
