I really enjoyed the feature in Mishpacha!
My husband and I are having a debate whether the song "Al Taster...ki avi v'imi azavuni" is his. I know Lipa sings it, but I am 99% sure it is a Goldman.
Can anyone back me up on this? Know which album it's on?

I loved the article. R moshe goldmans music is and always has been my absolute favorite music. It’s the only music I can listen to endlessly without getting bored or sick of it. Such purity- it’s beyond and as the article says, probably borrowed from the malachim. May it be a Zchus for his neshama.

I'm almost sure there's an "al tasteir panecha" on one of his albums.

Do you know whose it is? I went thru all 19 albums on the MP3 and didn't find it! Maybe you're right... But whose is it then?

Lipa has one on his album גם זו לטובה
But maybe you're talking of a different one.

I can't open that file. Is it the same as this one?

But I'm pretty sure it's not Lipa's composition. I'm trying to figure out if it's Goldman's.

Plus, the ending (Chazak...) in Lipa's song is definitely not part of the original version. That must be his own addition.

Yes it's the same one.
It doesn't have to be Lipas composition. In those days he took songs from the people he knew. He has some of my father's songs on his albums.
This is either Goldman or Pinky Weber.

Looks like you're right about it being Weber's! Thank you for solving this mystery!

I don't know which original version you are referring to.
Pinky doesn't have his own albums.

Lipa released גם זו לטובה I think in 2003 if I remember correctly.

If you heard another version it's probably a later one.

ETA Lipa released it in 2001
