Which stores would you go to, to get a good deal on quality sofa/loveseat (not leather), with good customer service?
I read online that Raymour & Flanigan has good deals on sofas (most are in the $1500 range) and a good warranty, but they offer NO customizing or additional fabrics. You get only the sofas you see in the store, with zero changes. Their fabric choices are very basic and minimal.
I cant see anyone buying online, without seeing the fabric or sitting on it. What happens if theres a problem with a sofa bought online? Do any of the online companies offer free returns, no questions asked, or a very good return policy?
