People in Tanach, or more recent?

For recent times, two women come to mind: Henny Machlis (not sure if Henny is short for something though, or the meaning of that name)

And Esther Jungreis.

From the Tanach, I recall learning that Tamar has a strong connection with righteousness, but I don't remember the explanation of that. Rivka also comes to mind quickly. Most wimen who were zocha to be mebtioned in Tanach are tzedekes, but those two were the first to pop into my head.

Miriam
Elisheva
Avigail
Ruth
Naomi
Esther
And of course: Sarah, Rivka, Rachel, Leah.

(I put Miriam first because I love her character so much. A tzadekes and a neviah and a midwife and a leader of Am Yisrael. The water in the midbar was in her zchus! I would have been so happy to use this name for a daughter, but it was my grandmother's name and Baruch Hashem she was alive when all my kids were born.)
