4 hours on 350F. Then I put it on the hot plate to continue.....

If you're baking it in the oven all shabbos, just keep it at 200/225, tightly covered.

I bake before Shabbos min 4-6 hrs. Then leave in at 200-220 over Shabbos.
Wrapped very tight. Pan underneath to catch drippings (we once almost had a fire in oven from dripping cholen juice. )
