She asked me to help her out in a certain area and I was able to track down a lead for her, then I heard thru a 3rd party that she’s suddenly going thru something pretty traumatic (and possibly private) do I causally text her tomorrow “btw I’m able to help you”?

Sure. And if she doesn't respond you'll understand why. This may not be important to her this very moment if she's in some kind of crisis, but that's no reason not to send her this message if she was waiting to hear from you.
