I once ordered breakfast for someone on London. It was beautifully arranged and delivered. She absolutely loved it.

I've used kosherchocolate.co.uk before.
For an alternative there is Sabeny which is a kosher on line supermarket. Won't be beautifully arranged, but is a reasonably priced option to send a range of items (and you can include a gift note).
