Bumping this up. My friend is making an upsherin and would like to donate her son's hair. Has anyone one this?

We donated my son's ponytail to Zichron Menachem. They have an address in New York or Israel that can receive it.

I spoke to Chai Lifeline a week or two ago about donating hair and they told me 14 inches minimum.
There are other places that will accept less. If your friend is interested I can find them for her Wink

this is the info I got from Chai Life Line. I just cut 2 of my girls hair for Chai Life Line--was a very exciting emotional experience!!!

Zichron Menachem takes donations even a little shorter. I guess they use for baby hair etc. We sent my son's hair about 2 years ago.
