I believe the rabbi in that video is no longer the rabbi in Linden and I get the impression that it's not growing, more like shrinking. I know people who used to live there and moved out.

Yes, there is a new Rabbi.
The crowed definitely changed, also since there were no services for a year of Covid. But its a great community for the right candidate, with the Chassidish community growing there is also many amenities coming like grocery, restaurant, small shops...
