Cleaning a talis

I usually take dh's talis to mr. mendelowitz to clean. he does a fabulous job. but I went too late and he didn't want to take it.

now it's even later. but I would still like to get it cleaned b/4 yom tov. I don't want to give it to the dry cleaners cuz it gets yellow.

anyone know who else cleans taleisim?

im not in new york, but are you sure about a talit coming back yellow? I just sent my husband's talit to the dry cleaners and it came back not only VERY white but also smelling clean and not sweaty.

we use the regular cleaners - u just gotta tell them to leave all the knots alone; and not untie them Rolling Eyes

I don't know. I always heard that dry cleaning makes it yellow. I've seen it too.
