It seems that Gold's changed their non kosher for Passover Duck sauce ingredients. It seems that the non kosher for Passover duck sauce may have the same ingredients as the kosher for Passsover one. The duck sauce used to be thicker and stay on the chicken, now it does not. What can I use to mix with the duck sauce so it stays on the chicken?

I just use a pastry brush to spread any sauces I put on my chicken. Works just fine with duck sauce too.

Bake uncovered so the sugar carmelizes on the chicken, and baste with the pan sauces halfway through.

I actually noticed that different bottles have different consistency. I'm the weird one that goes to each bottle, turns them upside down and sees which 1 is thicker lol
