If she'd be interested in a social skills group, there's an organization called Reim that does that.
looks like they have meetings in Modiin
I've heard of other groups that do this as well (kesher, ta'atzumot, I know our local hospital has a group like this as well).
There are also therapists who work on this one-on-one, you can go to a site like betipul.net and search for מיומנויות חברתיות and your region.
Idk if that's the direction you want to go, but if you do, it exists in your area.

I've heard really good things about the Asperkids Guide to Social Success book. I believe it is geared to teens. It's worth looking into. My son had success with learning conversational skills in 1:1 ABA. They taught it in a very structured way and I credit them with teaching him those skills. It was more helpful than social skills groups for acquiring this particular skill. Wishing you both best of luck.
