I once did wooden boat, I put pebble candies in one section with small pail with jelly fish in it. In one section I placed, rock candy for crystals/diamonds with choco coins & candy jewelry, for treasures. One section had a fishing rod made from pretzel & string licorice attached to a net sachet filled with fish crackers. Also put a tuna can standing.

Buy any container or wooden tray and put in smaller 2 Oz or 4 Oz containers or little jam jars of tuna salad, whitefish salad, and salmon salad and add saline crackers. Or just give sardines and crackers but most people don't like sardines.
