This is the only upside to having acne and oily skin: you look much, much younger and you develop fewer wrinkles. There is a total connection: the oil in your skin helped it keep its elasticity.

I’m 30 and still have acne. Someone just told me I look like I’m 20. My friends are talking about Botox.

I never had acne and I look a lot younger then a lot of people my age. So for me there is definitely not a connection. But I also never wore much makeup. I think that has a lot more to do with it.

I'm in my 30's and still struggling with acne. No one believes that I'm in my 30's, I look younger than all my sisters, including my sister that is 10 years younger than me.

No, I’m in my 30s, always had awful hormonal acne, and my skin is a mess. Recently I noticed it’s starting to look really old, with lots of large pores.

I’m mid 30s and never had acne and look a lot younger.
I notice that ppl with acne sometimes have scarring on their face- maybe makes them look not as youthful?

I still have acne (mid-30s), and no. I have some scars and pock marks, but I think I actually look younger than average for my age. Especially with makeup.
