I'd like to purchase cookie sheets that hold up to high temperatures. I regularly make sheet pan dinners using broil or 500° F and the standard sheet pans warp or rust.

I’ve had my cookie sheets for 15 years At least and they’re perfect. I think they’re Wilton from BBB

Then you need something really heavy. I own a small baking sheet and a few roasting pans from 360 Cookware and regularly roast at 450° F. This might work for you: https://www.360cookware.com/pr.....l-pan
