What are the options? Do they have the brands we are used to seeing in NY/NJ (Gefen, Golden Flow, Givat, etc.) or no? What are prices like, compared to NY/NJ?
Im vacationing nearby and want to know if I should shlep along food or can rely on buying foods I'm used to.

Thanks. What about dairy? Yogurt, cheese, milk, etc. What about pricing, compared to NY?

The kosher grocery in Scottsdale had a pretty decent selection when we went last year. They had cholov yisroel milk, some cheeses and yogurts, etc. They were very expensive.

There is Imperial Kosher in Phoenix they have pretty much everything, it is more expensive than NY though.
There is Safeways and Frys in both Scottsdale and Phoenix that have Kosher sections. They don't have milk though.
There is an order from NY that comes every 3 weeks, but you will need to pre order that is the same if not cheaper than NY prices.
At the moment we are getting food boxes, which has milk and other stuff, not sure if visitors can get.
Not sure where you are staying, but an hour away from Phoenix/Scottsdale is Casa Grande, a new chassidish community and they also have a supermarket. Also a bit more expensive than NY
We have everything here, prices may be a bit more expensive, but it's not worth your shlep
