My question is whether you "love food" or "love unhealthy food". If it's the latter, then it's a good idea to notice how much you're eating, plan, keep track, try not to have certain things around.
I personally really like food, including salad, fish, chicken, fruit, etc AND ice cream, cake, candy. So I try to get full on foods that I LIKE but are nutritious. Sometimes I'll eat the other stuff also, but if I don't then I don't feel like I'm missing out-I already had a piece of salmon and sweet potato, who needs another treat?
