Can anyone recommend a low budget challah dough mixer that will last a long time if not used often? I bake very infrequently and want to stay in minimal budget.

Before I got my Bosch, I used a bread machine (but not on bake mode). It could do 1-2 lbs I think. I can't remember what brand it was. I probably spent $50-100 on it then, but that was a lot less than getting a Bosch, etc.

So its a smaller version.. I don't think it can hold 5lbs of challah.
Honestly my DH makes the challah so I'm just the middleman lol.
But like previous poster and my DH says, you can get a bread maker
