I like Adina better than Menucha, but I prefer the flow of Menucha Rina to Adina Menucha.

Lovely names! Menucha Rena flows better, but that only matters if you plan to call her by both names.

Menucha Rena - menucha adina is too much of a mouthful. (I happen to think that Menucha sounds better on its own)

I think Menucha swallows Rina after.
We used Tzivia Adina... Want to make my two year old not the only one in the world? 
I love the (arguably not accurate) translation of gentle deer.
