Can you use the Instant Pot instead of a crockpot on Shabbos?

Mine for sure not. It makes a sound when you open and close the lid, LED display changes, etc. Don't know if there are other models that override it.

If its a genuine Instant Pot, press the "-" button for several seconds before turning it on, and there won't be any sounds. Mine doesn't change the display when opened.
IMNSHO the slow cooker feature isn't very good on the Instant Pot, so I rarely use it.
