I think that being metabolically healthy and high energy makes a person look much younger. I keep being told how much younger I look but I think it’s because I have sixteen hour days between work and school And THEN do housework with boundless energy.

if vitamin c helps make collagen what is in bone broth that its the superfood for collagen.
also I was reading that cabbage is high in vitamin a thats good for the skin I would have thought cabbage is rich in vitamin c and thats why its good for the skin?
