Hi,
I sit by a computer so many hours a day. I'm getting back pain and a hunch..
Anyone has a suggestion of a tried and true thing that I can wear on my back? If you can add a link to the item I'll appreciate it double!
TIA!!

Rather than wear a device, remind yourself to do some stretches every so often, say every 30 minutes. set a timer if need be. There are shmillions of websites illustrating such exercises. Here's just one: https://uhs.umich.edu/computerergonomics. Google "Deskercise" or "exercises for computer work."

Swimming is best for back problems, but if you can’t get to the pool, do exercises with a stick, as though you are swimming freestyle.

Get a lumbar support thing for your chair. Posture matters here. Once you have that, if you notice pain in your tailbone, you may want to pad the chair. And get your eyes checked. Sometimes people need glasses or a prescription change from long hours at a computer, and they change their body position to see better.

But the stick idea may work. Thanks for posting!

Can you get a standing desk? I found that helps a lot. So you can switch between standing & sitting. I have a standing desk setup at both work and my home office desk.

Does this come with an attached seatbelt to seatbelt myself to sit up straight?
Cuz I don't lean back on the chair, that's the real problem. I lean forward and get hunched..

What I'm really looking for is something to keep my back straight. So even if I lean forward, my back remains straight.
