Looking to learn more about Kew Gardens (or KGH if people think better fit).
Very young kids- preschool and younger
Late 20s/early 30s
RWMO
Kew Gardens is appealing so far because of better city subway commute and less transient to settle, smaller community. But would want to make sure there’d be enough YU people to feel we fit in and not sending to BY/mesivta schools later on.
Does that exist there?
edit: Any info on kew garden hills also if we would fit somewhere? We’re very involved in our community and would want a smaller community where we could contribute.

I have family who recently moved out of KG. From what I know it isn’t a growing community. It’s too expensive and the young people don’t stay there. Also the young people are generally on the more yeshivish side, as they are associated with Shaar Hatorah. Not too many young rwmo there.
Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Kew gardens is more yeshivish, while KGH has more of an accepting mix.
