Looking for a sit down, not high end but not fast food place I can sit and get like a soup and appetizer. Flatbush or Boro park both good. That is open at night.

Would not call them inexpensive... family member of mine paid $250 for a couple last week.
Maybe if you stick to an appetizer you'll be fine. (vs fish and pizza + dessert lets say)
