Share them here! I'll go first: I got more than zero exercise today even though I was feeling down!

Everyone's definition of small is different, but please don't post "I didn't do much, just performed emergency heart surgery while in labor at the awards show where I won the nomination for Most Impressive Human."

I ate cookies for breakfast.
(Some background: I'm a health freak. I'm skinny. I'm nursing. I love cookies. It's ok to eat cookies once in a while but it's hard for me to be okay with it. I was diagnosed with ARFID as a teen....)

I slept six hours straight. This may not seem like a big deal but to this insomniac, who's been going to bed really late and still waking up at 4 AM Banging head

I got to work early. And parked my car near my second job so I could walk to the first and then back to the second later today!
